Terms and Condition

First item: The goal of implementing (Nusuk)
Based on the responsibility of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah for the service of the guests of Rahman, it launched the ( Nusuk) application to enable those wishing to perform Umrah and visit to request the issuance of permits to enter the Two Holy Mosques to perform Umrah, Tawaf and pray at Rawdah according to the capacity approved by the concerned authorities to ensure the provision of a spiritual and safe atmosphere that achieves health measures, controls and the regulatory system in integration with the “Tawakkalna application” to verify the safety of the health condition of the permit applicant.

Second item: Registration
Nusuk application is the official executive tool for issuing Umrah, Tawaf and Pray at Rawdah permits in the two Holy Mosques. The following categories are entitled to register in the application:

  • Those coming from outside the Kingdom, registration is made according to (passport number or visa number, nationality, date of birth).
  • The minimum age for registration is five years old.
  • The permit is canceled automatically if the permit applicant is proven to have any diseases or epidemics (according to the classification approved by the Ministry of Health).
Third item: Password Policy

  • It must contain at least seven characters.
  • It must contain at least one upper case letter, at least one lower case letter, and at least one number.  

Fourth item: Service status

  • Nusuk application allows citizens, residents, and visa holders of all kinds (in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) to request a permit to enter the two Holy Mosques to perform Umrah, Tawaf and pray at Rawdah.
  • Determine the gathering points around the central area to start from in groups, accompanied by a health commander to the Two Holy Mosques.
  • Providing transportation service for those who wish to perform Umrah and visitors from the main gathering centers around Makkah and Madinah to the gathering points in the central region, and this service includes:
    • Meet and greet in the main assembly centers.
    • Providing a health leader to accompany the groups throughout their journey to and from the two Holy Mosques.
    • Providing Zamzam water – Providing masks and sterilization materials.
    • Providing private parking spaces inside the main gathering centers around Makkah and Madinah.

Fifth item: user obligations
Nusuk application was developed to facilitate obtaining permits for Umrah, Tawaf and pray at Rawdah in the two Holy Mosques, and users are obligated to use the application according to the following:

  • The permit issued through this application is a valid one according to the specified date and time and for the purpose specified thereof only (Umrah, Tawaf and pray at Rawdah), and it is not used for any other purpose.
  • The permit is canceled if the permit information is inaccurate when verified by the security men in the field.
  • The permit cannot be canceled 4 hours before the start of the permit.
  • The user is responsible for the correctness of the data entered into the application.
  • The user agrees to grant the application management permission to use the data related to it by the provisions contained in the privacy policy of the application, and undertakes to activate the permanent location feature to be used to send notices related to the application and described in clause (fourth).
  • The user bears full responsibility for the service requests issued from his account in the (Nusuk) app.
  • The user is obligated to update his account information in the event of a change of residence, mobile phone number, or any other information entered at the time of registration.
  • The user bears the responsibility of implementing the service based on the data provided in the registration process, and the management of the (Nusuk) application is not responsible as a result of the incorrectness of those data.
  • The user is responsible for leaking data from his account, which includes the user name and password.
Sixth item: general conditions
  • The management of (Nusuk) application is not responsible for any consequences resulting from an error or non-updating of the information.
  • The management of the (Nusuk) application does not bear any responsibility as a result of any damages or losses (direct or indirect) that may fall on the user due to the use of the application.
  • The age group allowed to issue permits is five years and above for internal pilgrims and for those coming from outside the Kingdom, according to the requirements of the Ministry of Health and according to what is reported by the competent authorities).
  • Maximum number of (Praying in the Noble Rawdah for Men & Women (permits is only one permit during every 30 days.
  • The service can only be used after completing the data mentioned in the registration form and agreeing to the terms and conditions.
  • The administration of the (Nusuk) application has the right to reject any user for not meeting the registration conditions.

Seventh item: Termination of the Account

  • User’s account will continue to be activated unless terminated by the administration of the (Nusuk) application based on the alerts received from the “Tawakkalna application” about the health status of the permit applicant, or at the request of the user through the “accept us” application.
  • The administration of the (Nusuk) application has the right to terminate the user’s account in case of violating any of the terms and conditions.
  • The penalties stipulated in the Anti-Cyber Crime Law shall be applied in the event of unlawful entry into the Umrah application, or deleting data from it, deleting, destroying, leaking, destroying, changing or republishing it.
  • The administration of (Nusuk) application has the right to terminate the user’s account if the data provided by the user is discovered to be incorrect or in the event of misuse of the application or violation of its terms and conditions. – The management of (Nusuk) application has the right to terminate the user’s account if the competent authorities request that the service be stopped for it.
  • The management of (Nusuk) application has the right to terminate the user’s account if the user does not accept any change in the terms and conditions.
  • The administration of the (Nusuk) application has the right to terminate the user’s account in case of force majeure.
  • The user has read the privacy policy of the (Nusuk) application, agrees to it, and gives permission to use his information following the provisions contained in that policy.

Third item: Information gathering and storage
Data collection:

  • Contact information: The app collects some device data that helps improve the experience, such as device language and system type. The application also tracks the geographical location of the user to issue permits and notifications for other services in the application, according to local regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Entered information: The information entered by the user such as permit requests, reports, and answers to any questionnaires that are displayed through the application is saved.
  • Storing information: The user’s information is stored in the servers specified by the application administration in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the application management is keen to ensure that these servers are protected from penetration and unauthorized access according to the standards followed.

Fourth item: Use and Disclosure

  • The services and uses of the application are subject to the standards approved by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and the concerned authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which aim to facilitate obtaining entry permits to the Two Holy Mosques for various purposes and to obtain other notifications sent by the application, and the user agrees to protect his personal information and the application management does not disclose it to any party It was only following the instructions of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and what is required by the local regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • The right to access user information is restricted to the authorized personnel managing the application and for the purposes and uses determined by the policies approved by the application administration.
  • The user’s unidentified data may be used within cumulative statistical data and indicators and shared with all relevant authorities as the application management deems appropriate.
Fifth item: external links
The application may provide links to other parties, and the application is not responsible for how other parties collect or use personally identifiable information about the user, and the user is fully responsible for his data.
Sixth item: User Responsibility Towards Privacy Protection
To protect user information, we recommend the following:
  • Immediate contact with the application’s technical support when the user believes that another person was able to obtain login information to his account in the application or any other confidential information.
  • Not to give any confidential information over the phone or the internet unless the identity of the person or party receiving the information is known.
  • Do not share login information (username and password) with others, and do not allow others to use the user account in the application.
  • Using the application through a secure electronic device while closing unused internet-connected applications, and making sure that the anti-virus program is always updated.

  • The administration of Nusuk application reserves the right to add or change any of the provisions of the privacy policy, and the administration of Nusuk application will notify the user of this, and the application management has the right to terminate the user’s account if the user does not accept any change in the privacy policy.
  • The Arabic language is the approved application of the terms and conditions, and if a dispute arises in the interpretation of any text contained in any other language, the text written in Arabic shall be presented.
