• Serving the huge numbers of visitors of the Prophet’s Mosque requires persistent effort and advanced incorporation of everything that may contribute to the visitors’ positive experiences. Numerous services are provided in the Prophet’s Mosque, including:
  Fatwas via phone
• There are fatwa offices at Gate No. 12. Several phone numbers in the Prophet’s Mosque are also dedicated to fatwas. A group of scholars answer the questions.

The Prophet’s Mosque Library

• The Prophet’s Mosque library is located on the roof of the Mosque. It can be accessed from Al-Aqiq Gate (Gate No. 11). The library is open to visitors from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Classes

• Classes are held throughout the year. Lessons are usually delivered after the five compulsory prayers by a team of scholars specialized in Sharia sciences.

Copies of the Holy Qur’an and tafseer

• Copies of the Quran and translation of the meanings of the Quran to various languages are available in medium and large sizes. There are also Braille versions of the Quran for people with visual impairment.

Wheelchairs for people with special needs

• Wheelchairs are available free of charge in the Prophet’s Mosque. They can be used inside the mosque and in the surrounding courtyards.

Lost and Found Office

• A person who loses any of his belongings can go to this office to inquire about the lost item(s).

Zamzam Water

• Zamzam water is served in cold and sterile containers inside the mosque, as well in the outer courtyards and on the roof.

Services for people with special needs

• Prayer areas are especially designed for people with special needs. Foldable chairs, escalators and sliders are also available.

Drifers Care Center

• There is a drifter care center at Al-Baqi’ Cemetery Wall, opposite Gate 34C, and two offices at the eastern and western women’s prayer rooms.

Translation of the Friday Sermon

• Friday Sermons are interpreted into seven languages through the radio frequency set.

Prayer chairs

• A large number of foldable, light and easy-to-carry chairs are available in the Prophet’s Mosque. They can be used by the elderly and people with excuses.

Parking Lots

• Car parking is available in the basement of the Prophet’s Mosque. The mosque parking lots accommodate 4,300 cars and can be accessed through 6 entrances connected to the main streets around the Prophet’s Mosque.
